Site Assessments and Audits

Conducting property transfer assessments and environmental audits of commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential sites. We will promptly provide a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA-I) Proposal based on the site information you provide us.

Contamination Assessment

Development and implementation of contamination assessment plans for UST (petroleum contaminated) sites, CERCLA actions, regulatory agency requirements, and accidental releases.

Remediation Strategies

Feasibility studies, remedial design, strategy implementation, and project management for groundwater and/or soil remediation projects.

Hydrologic Studies

Groundwater and surface water data collection and analysis, water quality sampling, groundwater elevation and flow measurement, aquifer testing.

Geologic Studies

Site characterization, sample examination and logging, and geologic mapping for construction, remediation, and land use planning projects.

Groundwater and Solute Transport Modeling

Modeling of groundwater movement for water use and remediation strategies, including solute transport modeling.

Project Managment

Implementation and operation of remediation and monitoring projects developed by client or third party, project oversight, and quality assurance review.

Technical Report Review

Summary and/or critical review of technical reports generated by third party professionals.

Groundwater, Soil and Waste Stream Sampling

Sample collection for contamination assessment, monitoring plans, remediation confirmation, site closure, and regulatory requirements (i.e., permit conditions).

Surface Water Measurement

Measurement of surface water discharges, formulation of rating curves to quantify discharge volume, and sampling for water quality analysis.

Gaging Stations

Construction of groundwater, surface water, and water quality monitoring stations, and reduction and summary of resulting data.

UST Removal Supervision

Selection of certified petroleum system contractor, negotiation of contract, on-site quality assurance during removal operations, and closure sampling for underground storage (UST) removal.

Remediation System Sampling, Maintenance and Servicing

Oversight of groundwater (pump and treat, air sparging) and soil (soil vapor extraction) remediation system maintenance and collection of required samples for regulatory compliance.
